Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and friendly Campground Staff Members to help maintain the high standards of our camping site. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable stay. This role is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors, enjoys working with people, and is eager to contribute to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibiliies:

• Guest Services: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, handle check-ins and check-outs, provide information about the site and local attractions, and address any questions or concerns.
• Site Maintenance: Ensure the campground, facilities, and accommodations are clean, well-maintained, and safe. Tasks may include cleaning restrooms, maintaining trails, and handling minor repairs.
• Activity Coordination: Assist with organizing and leading guest activities, such as guided hikes, nature walks, and evening campfires. Encourage guest participation and ensure everyone has a great time.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by being approachable, responsive, and knowledgeable. Help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Administrative Duties: Manage reservations, handle payments, and maintain accurate records. Ensure all guest information is kept confidential and secure.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or outdoor recreation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests of all ages.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
